Hello!
Today I will show you some exercises that really reduce belly fats naturally and losing belly fats.
Methods of exercises :
1-    Make your body straight standing on the ground without shoes Put your hands along your thighs.
2-    Raise your arms above your head, stretch your body and raise your eyes to the sky.
3-    Put your hands under your feet, make sure that your legs still straight and your head should touch your knee.
4-    Raise your head slowly, put your hands above your ankle to make a triangle shape with your body, make sure your legs still straight, your backbone is also straight and raise your head up.
5-    Make your hands lift  your body with your toes, make your body fully straight, only your toes and your hands touch the ground, your arms should be stretch making acute-angled and raise your head along your body.
6-    Make your hands lift  your body with your toes, make your body fully straight, only your toes and your hands touch the ground, your arms should be bend like a right angle and raise your head along your body.
7-    Make your legs straight carried on your upper foot, bend your backbone with your standing arms to make a curve with your backbone and make sure that your body don’t touch the ground except your feet and hands.
8-    Standup, bend down your body slowly till your hands touch the ground, making a right angle, make sure the palm of the hand touching the ground with your feet and arms is straight along your body.
9-    Put your hands in front of your feet standing on fingers, make sure to make a rectangle shape with your body, make sure your legs still straight, your backbone is also straight and raise your head up.
10-       Repeat step 3 above.
11-       This is the end our exercise today.
